Refund policy

RETURNS  

We have a 14 day return policy on all full sale items. Items must be in exact condition as they were received. The 14 days begins the day the package was delivered. All sale items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns. To start a return, please email info@luxurylovecompany.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

REFUNDS

Full refunds are issued as long as the refund was started within the seven day period and the item is received in exact condition as it was sent to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: due to PayPal's policy changes, we will issue your total minus 2.9% as a service charge. 

Please allow five business days for returns to process.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@luxurylovecompany.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

TAXES

Florida residents will be charged appropriate state and local taxes.
