      How Do I Know My Item Is Authentic?

      We have strong relationships with multiple worldwide suppliers who are all active members of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition. All items are inspected carefully by expert authenticators and come with a full, lifetime, money back guarantee regarding authenticity. 

      What Does Your Condition Scale Mean?  

      We source luxury handbags and accessories that have been preowned which is why we have provided a scale so you can be certain of the amount of wear before purchasing.

      The condition of each item can be found on the item’s product page. 

      Pristine: This item has never been carried and is in pristine condition as if just bought fresh from the store. This item is complete with all original accompaniments.

      Excellent: This item is in near pristine condition. It has been worn no more than a few times but shows virtually no signs of wear on the leather or hardware. Mint items often come with all (or most) of the original accompaniments and to the untrained eye can often pass as never carried.

      Great: This item has been used but is still in beautiful condition. There will be minor signs of wear to the leather and/or hardware but the wear does not distract from the overall look of the item.

      Very Good: This item has usual wear but still has alot of life left. There may be minimal wear to the leather and/or hardware and slight signs of natural aging. Signs of natural aging can include slight loss of structure, natural darkening of the leather and slight use on the hardware.

      Good: This item is used and shows natural signs of aging. This item will also have some wear to the leather and/or hardware.

      Fair: This item is will have visible signs of use, including cracks, tears, rubbed corners, stickiness and internal wear.

      When Will My Item Ship?

      We ship within 7 business days of receipt of payment. USPS Shipping and insurance are complimentary in the United States.

      Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

      All orders being shipped to an address in Florida are subject to state sales tax and applicable local sales tax. Shipments outside of Florida are not subject to any sales tax. 

      Is My Information Secure?

      We value our users privacy and all information is secure. All payment information is kept confidential. Credit card transactions are processed through secure servers and our payment processor does not give us access to credit card information. We do not keep credit card information.

      Can My Purchase Be Financed Or Placed On Layaway?

      Do You Consign? 

      No, we do not. In an effort to provide consistency of product and ensure authenticity, we have elected not to consign.

      Do You Offer Personal Shopping Services? 

      Absolutely! This is how we started in the luxury goods space! Please email LuxuryLoveCompany@gmail.com to inquire about any desired products. Kindly include as much information, including pictures if possible, so we may accurately source your items.

      How Do Your Personal Shopping Service Work? 

       If we are able to source an item, we require a 50% deposit. Once we receive and review the item, we will then require the remainder of payment prior to shipment. If the item does not meet yours, or our standards, your deposit is refunded.

      Are You Legally Affiliated With The Brands You Carry? 

      Luxury Love Company is an independent reseller selling only authentic branded merchandise. We are not affiliated with or an official licensed boutique of the brands we sell.
